Vietnam Health Care, The Squid, the Garlic Clove and the foreign piece episode.

 Hello all curious peeps,

I am embarking on a new chapter in my life and I will share as much as possible of my adventures, being Travel, food, drinks, people, you know what I am getting at.

I am a hospitality veteran and love simple, no pretend settings. As you follow me on my journey, feel free to share this blog and also contact me for questions / suggestions as I am new to this. 

The Plan:  

I will leave cold wintery Toronto ON Feb 26th to New York, stay the night and catch a plane to Tokyo Monday, a quick sushi stop at Narita, (hopefully still above water) then of to my final destination, Hanoi City. 

So next post could be New York if anything funny is happening, until then, stay healthy my friends.
