Ho chi minh street food part 2

can not post videos, so pictures it is.

traffic was insane as per usual, but we made it safe to our next stop, Cambodia quarters, also know as flower alley. ( just made that up, hundreds of flower shops in one little stretch)

so next was pork on a lemongrass stick, more sausage made on one of the thousand Hhibachi grills

really tasty, some pictures along the way to the next place

real cool mini omelettes cooked in the bowel, so easy

now we don't want to forget about the seafood

this is 24/7 Bah me store, baking there own bread, only managed to eat 1/2 of a sandwich, assorted, delicious.

next stop is the final and the only Bourdain visited store I could find, it's of Pasteur Street, pretty famous for the Vietnamese omelette with all the different green leavs to wrap pieces of the omelette with.

I made a video of the cooks, dam upload doesn't work, it was super delicious and just to much, the different lettuhe's actually changed the flavours each time, amazing.
