so the night started with Danny the tour guide picking me up on his bike.
we then proceeded to the first location
parking right inside the restaurant:) love it.
so we had a traditional deep fried spring roll, rice noodles, some pork and saussage, lots of greens and seasoned with fish sauce. a bit dry but still delisted.

located in a old neighbourhood
dryrice paper with black sesame brushed with a secret sauce, chardbroiled
topped with almost a pre mix of a omelette , always moving it so it does not burn
garnished with mayo and hot sauce, and yes, sweet corn as well, it's crispy, crunchy and delicous
