Koh rong Sanloem Island paradise

 Hi All,

Cambodian New Year (Harvest) is up on us April 14th to 16th, so lots of traditional music, food and festivities coming up. 

I have some stunning pictures of the Island and beaches to post, so here we go.

Speed Ferry from Sihanouk ville Approx 45 min boat ride

The Island is just getting development and roads built, a bit of a shame because next will be resorts and vacation homes, killing the Island chill vibe. I am glad Maha told me about this Island and we did meet up here.

On our way to the Hostel 

Cool little Hostel called  Onderz, super chill staff and people here.

Trip to the other side of the Island, sadly on the new road ( built 3 months ago)

Next day, a trip to sunset beach, New road plus still the old Jungle path, stunning...

Ended the day with a squid bbq dinner

I did go for 2 dives, unfortunately the visibility was pretty poor and there was lots of fish and coral reefs, just to murky. 

The next day was a Snorkelling / fishing trip with friends from the Hostel.

Stoped at the Cliff Bar for a couple drinks until sunset. 

That wraps up the currant trip. I will post some Cambodia New Years Festivities picture later.
